Title: Vernon Office & Tech Center Phase 2
In April of 2008, Vernon Development broke ground on the first of three new office buildings in phase II of the Vernon Office and Technology Center in Tinley Park, IL. Each of these three buildings will be 23,250 square feet with beautiful two story open atriums, granite floors, and upscale detailed common areas and bathrooms. Located directly adjacent to I-80 the office park has exceptional visibility and is only minutes from the Harlem Ave interchange. It is centrally located west of I-394, I-294, and I-57 and again only a few miles east of I-355 and I-55. The six building campus includes a 2 mile walking trail that will join the buildings which make up phase one and two of the Technology Center. Also incorporated in the campus will be 10 acres of green space with 3 ponds, benches, Gazebos, outdoor wireless internet access, and beautiful scenic landscaping.
The first building in phase II at 18670 Graphic Drive, will be available for lease by February 2nd 2009, the second by March 3rd 2009, and the third by June 2nd 2009. For those companies interested in leasing office space, Vernon Development does custom buildouts based upon the square footage requested by the prospective tenant. Our office staff will sit down with the tenant and develop a space plan specific to the tenant needs and coordinate everything from flooring, cabinetry, and countertops to doors and paint colors. Although these building are not for sale, a purchase option is available as a part of a five year or longer lease agreement. Lease space varies in size from 1000sq/ft. to the entire building.
Phase I of the technology center includes three buildings totaling nearly 100,000sq/ft of new class A office space. We want to welcome Network Realty, Konica Minolta, Celtic International, NPC National Processing Company, and Pulse Direct to the new Campus.
